Construction of Restorative Justice Law Enforcement by The Prosecutor: Development Law Theory Perspective

The development and dynamics of society is very complex. Complexity also includes law enforcement in Indonesia. There are so many problems: first, prison overcapacity; second, handling small crimes legal action against children narcotics problems a series that exist Restorative Justice here to show changes all these problems. This writing normative juridical with conceptual approach (Conceptual Approach) statutory (Statute Approach). presented qualitative descriptive. results this paper discuss specifically about the urgency Indonesian criminal justice system form social engineering construction restorative by prosecutor's office. initiated office as an active actor expected more humane institution improve its image agency integrity.
